How do I know which deck size is right for me?

Choosing a deck depends on your shoe size and skating style. Generally, 7.5" to 8.0" is great for street skating and technical tricks, while 8.25" and above offers more stability for transition, ramps, and cruising.

Do you offer pre-assembled completes or can I build my own?

We offer both! You can purchase professional-grade pre-assembled completes that are ready to ride out of the box, or use our 'Custom Builder' to select your own deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings.

What is your return policy on used skateboards?

For safety and quality reasons, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. Once a board has been gripped, assembled, or skated, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

How long does shipping take and is it tracked?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
